In addition to the self-funded medical program, the Wyoming Educators' Benefit Trust also offers Life Insurance and Long Term Disability coverage to all public educational entities and now is offering to cities, counties and other publicly funded employers..  This coverage is underwritten by Lincoln Financial Group, formerly known as Jefferson Pilot Financial.  Once again, the concept of being part of a large group, the group will experience lower administrative costs and greater stability.  An employer does not have to have the medical to have this coverage.
