WEBT, in addition to health coverage, also offers vision coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming. However, due to the longstanding business relationship that WEBT has with Vision Service Plan (VSP), WEBT groups also have available to them a fully funded voluntary vision program through VSP.

• It has more than 56 million members nationwide.
• It has a national network of more than 38,000 provider locations.
• Its members, on average, have access to a VSP provider within 4 miles of where they live or work
