Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming also has a PrimeMail line. This number is 1-800-221-4758.
Prescription Benefits
Generics (Tier 1) $0 Copay plus 20%
Tier 2 (Listed Brand) $15 Copay plus 20%
Tier 3 (Non-ListedBrand) $30 Copay plus 50%
30-day supply local pharmacy and 90-day supply through mail order
Out-of-Pocket Maximum - ($1,500) then 100% remainder of calendar year
Retirees are the same three (3) Tiers, but the Coinsurance on Tier 1 and Tier 2 is 30%
Injectable Drugs will now be paid based upon whether they are in Tier 1, 2, or 3.
To review a current medication list contact the Blue Cross Blue Shield web site at www.wyomingblue.com. Then, go to the Drug Formulary list. The Tier 1 generic list is in small case letters. The Tier 2 Listed Brand name drugs are in upper case letters. If your drug is NOT listed on the list, it is a Non-Listed Brand and is in Tier 3 category.
